Aaha Andhra is an authentic Andhra Cusine under Organisation Ryan Foods LLP which tries to cater to foodies who love Andhra Cuisine. The cuisine of Andhra Pradesh is reputedly one of the spiciest of all Indian cuisines and they are many variations to the Andhra cuisine depending on geographical regions Rayalaseema, Coastal Andhra and Telangana.
The team at Aaha Andhra has tried to keep the unique identity of each region by employing four regional chefs who specialize in particular dishes. A menu of classical dishes from throughout Andhra Pradesh is served alongside more contemporary creations. The mango pickle Aavakaaya (which is probably the best known of the Andhra pickles) is served as a garnish with every dish we serve. Our Speciality is Biriyani based on basmati rice and meat.
We serve two types of Biriyani Hyderabadi Style and Andhra style with popular variations such as chicken, mutton, fish, prawn and egg. The Hyderabadi Style is a blend of Mughlai and Telangana cuisines while the Andhra style is a more contemporary blend of coastal Andhra cuisine. Located in a joyous food court where people can relax and eat uninhibited, we offer charming service and tantalizing food that few can compete within Bangalore. Food is prepared in the premises and served fresh to preserve the authentic taste of Andhra Cuisine.
